Scotland – Minimum Unit Pricing Court of Session hearing dates

In December 2015, we alerted you to the European Court of Justice’s (ECJ) ruling on the Scottish Government’s attempt to introduce minimum unit pricing for alcohol, which article can be found here. As a reminder, the ECJ’s ruling is being referred back to Scotland’s Court of Session for a final decision.

It is being reported that the Scottish Court will now consider the matter on 7 and 8 June 2016.
